Glass & Son's Collision Repair Inc

My car was rear-ended on 6/2/26, and my husband chose Glass & Son’s for the repairs. I’m not sure I’ve ever dealt with a more professional business. From start to finish, the team was polite, professional, considerate, and accommodating. I was truly impressed by the service I received from Glass & Son’s. I’m old enough to remember the saying, “The customer is always right,” and I thought that level of service had become rare. They proved me wrong. This is one of the most professional businesses I’ve worked with in years. Additionally, they did an excellent job repairing my car to look new again! I give them a five-star rating—hands down.

Great family owned business who communciates so well and does a great job. My car looks brand new and they fixed it quickly. There's no one else we would use in Berks County than Glass & Sons. Super easy to work with and does great work!

I don’t usually write reviews like this, but my experience with this repair shop was incredibly upsetting, especially during an already difficult time in my life. After everything that happened with my Jeep, I trusted this shop to fix it correctly — but when I picked it up, it felt like nothing had been done. What truly broke me was realizing just how unsafe their work was. The windshield was installed so poorly that wind rushed into the car while driving. Even worse, the radio hadn’t been secured at all and nearly fell onto my daughter’s car seat. I caught it just in time. As a mother, that moment terrified me. No one should ever have to worry about their child being put in danger because of careless repairs. This experience was emotionally exhausting and left me feeling completely let down. I genuinely hope this shop takes responsibility and improves the quality and safety of their work so no other family has to go through what I did.

We had to have some body work done and brought it in for an estimate. Every single person we encountered was smiling, friendly, and helpful. We were able to drop the car off a few days later, and once again the customer service was wonderful. The car was ready exactly when they said it would be. The work was great and they had almost mini detailed the interior of my car for me. They left it in much better shape than when I dropped it off. They do excellent work and are all so pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them!

One of the best customer service experiences I've encountered in my lifetime. All of the staff is very respectful, kind, and straight forward. The work is top-tier, they've completed the repair on my vehicle when they estimated it would be complete and kept me updated the entire time throughout. They even gave my car a wash, detail inside when it was finished and refilled my windshield fluid wiper when it was low. Great team, great service, great overall business here. I highly recommend coming here for your repair needs.
